Bolachinhas amanteigadas com geleia
Ingredientes:
250g de farinha de trigo
125g de manteiga em temperatura ambiente (usei mais 1 colher de sopa, conforme explico no vídeo)
1 c (sopa) de açúcar
1/2 c (cha) de extrato de baunilha
Geleia de sua preferência (que tal fazer essa aqui? – GELEIA)
Modo de Preparo:
Amasse a farinha com a manteiga e o açúcar. Junte o extrato de baunilha e amasse um pouco mais. Cubra e deixe descansar por 1 hora.
Abra a massa com o rolo e corte as bolachas com a boca de um copo ou com seu cortador favorito.
Leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180° C, em assadeira preparada com papel manteiga ou untada e enfarinhada por, aproximadamente, 15 minutinhos.
Reitre do forno e deixe esfriar bem em uma grelha.
Depois de frias, junte as bolachas recheando com a geleia escolhida.
